Warming Apple and Ginger Smoothie

Warming Apple and Ginger Smoothie

Hi everyone!

I’ve been really struggling to get excited about smoothies recently, even though they are such a quick breakfast or snack and a great way to increase your fruit intake! When it’s so chilly in the mornings, a semi-frozen smoothie is the last thing I want! This is where my recipe comes in. This Apple and Ginger smoothie combines rich wintry flavours with warming spices to warm you from the inside out, and the addition of the Peanut Nut Butter Bar keeps you feeling fuller for longer. PLUS – it can be served warm. I know what you’re thinking, but trust me, it’s delicious! Think warm, comforting apple pie… mixed with pudding… mixed with oatmeal… and this smoothie is what you get! All kinds of comfort without being unhealthy. I’m obsessed!

Hope you love!
